    プロフィール：金子大悟/Daigo Kaneko

    1981年福岡県北九州市生まれ。
    帽子デザイナー、グラフィックデザイナーを経て美術作家となる。
    2019年に東京から那須高原へ移住。
    自然の中に身を置き、生成と消滅のありようを体感する日々を送りながら、生成しては移ろうイメージと、制作に対する心身を通しての理解が接する場を探究し、作品制作をしている。

    展示概要
    本展では、制作期間2年の「名のない領域」を展示初公開。
    本作品は、その時々に生じる知覚とそこに連なる描く行為、自身の幼少の記憶から描かれ、最終的に老荘思想に着想を得てタイトルがつけられた。水彩で描かれた緻密な画面は本作の見どころでもある。

    Born in 1981 in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Daigo Kaneko has cultivated a distinguished career trajectory that saw him evolve from a hat designer and graphic designer into an artist. In 2019, he undertook a transformative relocation from the bustling metropolis of Tokyo to the tranquil Nasu Highlands. This immersion in a serene, natural environment allows Kaneko to intimately engage with the elemental processes of creation and dissolution—a theme that permeates his artistic oeuvre. His work is a profound exploration of the interplay between transient imagery and deep-seated corporeal and cognitive understanding, reflecting a meticulous process of artistic evolution and introspection.

    “然而，我们是否都能在一定程度上同意，单纯的‘感觉’的发生是不可否认的人类体验？如果这是真的，那么在我们急于给一个尚未命名的感觉命名之前，应该给予一段短暂的时间休息。这样的暂停绝不是不可能的。”
