About
This is a solo exhibition by MurakamiLoki, a noise musician, poet, folk singer, and video artist based primarily in Tokyo. The venue is ORIENTAL FORCE in Koenji—a DJ/live bar and alternative space that hosts numerous unique events and plays a vital role in Tokyo’s underground music scene. Drawing on the artist’s career and activities to date, this solo exhibition takes “poetry” and “photography” (phoetograry) as its themes, bringing language and imagery together on a shared plane to explore their boundaries and fusion.
