仏像の多面多臂像やキュビズム、未来派から着想を得た立体表現により国内外で高い評価を確立してきた金巻芳後。
2年ぶりの個展となる本展では、万華鏡のように変化し続ける自己像や複層的に交わる自意識を造形化した「プリズム」シリーズ史上、最大となる彫刻を発表いたします。

Yoshitoshi Kanemaki has established a strong reputation both in Japan and abroad for his three dimensional works inspired by multi faced, multi armed Buddhist statues, as well as Cubism and Futurism. This exhibition, the artist's first solo show in two years, will present the largest sculpture created in his ongoing "Prism" series, which give form to shifting self images and multi layered, intersecting self consciousness like a kaleidoscope.
