十代後半よりバックパッカーとして世界約30カ国を巡り、旅を通して多様な文化や風景、人々の営みに触れてきました。そうした体験は、私の表現の根幹となり、常に新しい視点と創作への刺激を与え続けています。
細密ペン画を得意とし、約5年間滞在したフランスで出会った「一版多色刷り銅版画」との親和性から、版画制作にも取り組んできました。

私が制作において最も大切にしているのは、「できる限り多くを見て、学ぶこと」、そして自身の世界観における「独自性」と「唯一無二」です。それこそが、表現の可能性を広げ、新しいアートの発展と刺激につながると信じています。
細密画を、より大胆に、より豊かに表現する方法を模索する中で、これまでの経験を融合し、道具そのものから自作する独自の技法を確立しました。現在の作品群は、絵具を幾層にも重ねて立体的な質感を生み出す
「半立体色彩画 ― よしかづ画法」 によるものです。光の当たり方によって影や表情が変化し、時間や空間とともに“生きる”ような視覚体験を生み出します。

1990年代後半より制作を開始し、1999年に初展示。2000年には神戸で初個展を開催しました。2005年、約5年間のフランス滞在を経て帰国。在仏中に一版多色刷り銅版画と出会い、表現の幅を大きく広げました。2009年には大阪市城東区に「アトリエ パルクール」を開設し、半立体色彩画の基礎を構築。2014年より「Yoshika Zooシリーズ」、2015年には「テーブルシリーズ」など、シリーズ展開を本格化させました。現在も国内外を問わず、作品発表とコミッションワークを続けています。

アトリエでは、銅版画やタイルモザイクなど多様な技法を試みることができる環境を整えています。複数の技法を横断することで、複合的な発想や応用が生まれ、他にない表現へとつながると考えているからです。
「学び、試し、制作する」というプロセスを重ねながら、私はこれからも、独自性と感覚に根ざした新しいアートの可能性を探り続けていきます。

From my late teens, I traveled as a backpacker through approximately 30 countries around the world. Through these journeys, I encountered diverse cultures, landscapes, and ways of life. These experiences form the foundation of my artistic practice, continually providing new perspectives and creative inspiration.

I specialize in detailed pen drawing, and during my nearly five-year stay in France, I encountered single-plate, multi-color intaglio printmaking. Its strong affinity with my sensibility led me to pursue printmaking alongside my painting practice.

What I value most in my work is seeing and learning as much as possible, while cultivating a sense of originality and uniqueness within my own worldview. I believe this approach expands the possibilities of expression and contributes to the evolution and stimulation of contemporary art.

While exploring ways to express fine detail on a bolder and more expansive scale, I began integrating my past experiences and eventually developed a unique technique—creating even my own tools. My current body of work is produced using what I call “Semi-Three-Dimensional Color Painting: the Yoshikazu Method,” in which multiple layers of paint are built up to create sculptural texture. Depending on the angle of light, shadows and expressions shift, generating a visual experience that feels alive—changing with time and space.

I began producing artwork in the late 1990s, held my first exhibition in 1999, and presented my first solo exhibition in Kobe in 2000. After returning to Japan in 2005 following nearly five years in France, my encounter with single-plate multi-color intaglio printmaking significantly expanded my expressive range. In 2009, I established Atelier Parkour in Joto Ward, Osaka, where I laid the foundation for my semi-three-dimensional color painting technique. From 2014 onward, I developed series-based works such as the Yoshika Zoo Series, followed by the Table Series in 2015. I continue to exhibit both in Japan and internationally, while also engaging in commissioned projects.

At my studio, I maintain an environment that allows for experimentation across various techniques, including intaglio printmaking and tile mosaic. By moving fluidly between different methods, I believe new, hybrid ideas emerge—leading to expressions that cannot be achieved through a single medium alone.

Through an ongoing process of learning, experimentation, and creation, I continue to explore new possibilities in art—grounded in individuality, sensory experience, and curiosity.

幼少期より絵を描くこと、もの作り、料理に夢中でした。十代後半から約30カ国をバックパッカーとして旅をし多様な文化や風景、人々との出会いに感銘を受けました。　この経験は私の感性を豊かにし、作品制作の基盤となっています。

　細密画を得意とし、以前はモノクロ作品を描いていましたが、2000~2005年のパリ滞在中に一版多色刷り銅版画に出会い、自身の作風との親和性を感じました。旅先で触れたタイルモザイクアートにも影響を受け、タイルモザイクアート制作を開始し、独自のアートを発展させる新たな方向性を見出しました。　アート制作で重視しているのは「独自性」と「唯一無二」の追求です。　常に多くを学び、世界観を深めながら、新たな表現の可能性を探求しています。絶え間ない研究と制作への情熱が、作品に新しい刺激を与え続けています。

これまでの経験と技術を融合し、細密画をより大胆に、色彩豊かに表現するため、道具の開発や自作を重ね、独自の表現方法を確立しました。この技法を用いた作品は、視覚的なインパクトと、見る人の思考を刺激します。　現在は国内外のギャラリーやアートフェアでの展示、コミッションワークを中心に活動しています。作品を通して多くの方と繋がり、視覚的な楽しさや驚きを提供できることに喜びを感じています。自身の表現が新しい視点をもたらし、アートを身近に感じていただくきっかけとなることを目指しています。

　私にとってアート制作は旅のようなもので、未知の世界を探求し、新たな発見をするたびに、作品の可能性が広がります。これからも経験を糧に、世紀を跨いでいける表現を追求していきたいと考えています。　ご覧いただいた作品が、皆様の心に何かしらの響きを与え、日々の生活に小さな彩りを添えることができれば幸いです。

From a young age, I was fascinated by drawing, creating things, and cooking. Since my late teens, I have traveled as a backpacker to approximately 30 countries to date, and have been deeply moved by the diverse cultures, landscapes, and encounters with people. These travel experiences have greatly enriched my sensibilities and become a crucial foundation for my artistic practice.

I specialize in miniature painting, and I used to primarily create monochrome works. However, during my stay in Paris in 2002, I encountered polychrome copperplate engraving, and I felt an affinity between this technique and my own style. Tile mosaic art, which I also encountered during my travels, has also profoundly influenced my expression. This led me to begin creating tile works and discover new directions for developing my unique art.

What I value most in my artistic practice is the pursuit of originality and uniqueness. I am constantly observing and learning, deepening my own worldview while keeping an eye on new possibilities for expression. My continuous passion for research and creation continues to bring new inspiration to my work.

By combining my past experiences and techniques, I have established a new method of expression to portray miniature paintings more boldly and colorfully, through the development and creation of my own tools. The works created using this technique offer an unprecedented visual impact and stimulate the viewer’s thoughts.

Currently, I primarily exhibit my work at galleries and art fairs both in Japan and abroad, and also undertake commissioned work. I find joy in fostering connections with many people through my art and providing visual enjoyment and surprise. I also aim for my expression to offer new perspectives and provide an opportunity for people to feel closer to art.

For me, creating art is like a journey. Each time I explore uncharted territories and make new discoveries, the possibilities for my next work expand. I hope to continue drawing on my many experiences and engaging in dialogue with my own inner self as I pursue expressions that transcend time.
